Las Vivoras

Las Vivoras. Las Chicas de Rock 'n Roll. The all girl rock group from Madrid, Spain. It was 1988, Madrid was rocking and guitarist Gema Peña wanted to rock Madrid. She got Vicky Vikinga on mic, Valle on drums, Adela on bass and imminently Pili and Norah. Their first LP "Spanish Fly" was a declaration of power with "Venganza", "Fuck You Ricardo" and "Rock N Roll Girls." They hit the road and hit back hard against the misogynist music scene and shared the stage with Mano Negra, Los Enemigos, The Pleasure Fuckers. With Mike Sobieski, Alvaroto and Las Vivorettas, the second album, "Hello Boys", Las Vivoras put the foot down on girl rock. "Oh pretty baby watch out! We're rock and roll."
